Understand client requirements and record details accurately in CRM
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales/design team promptly
Do regular follow-ups until site visit / meeting is scheduled
Inside Sales Support
Convince and guide customers on next steps
Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
Support sales team with basic coordination and updates
Front Office (Minimal - 30%)
Attend walk-in clients and coordinate meetings
Maintain reception and visitor log
Handle basic office coordination
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM daily with lead status and follow-ups
Share daily lead and follow-up reports with management
