We are looking for

passionate and result-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Executives

who can identify potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients through online platforms. Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and calling. Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into meetings/demos. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi). Basic understanding of sales or lead generation. Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools (training will be provided). Good analytical and research skills. Motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
