Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented
Inside Sales Executives (Freshers)
to join our Edu Tech sales team. This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about education and eager to build a career in inside sales.
As an Inside Sales Fresher, you will interact with potential students and educational institutions via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms to promote AcceleratorX digital learning solutions. Freshers will receive structured training, mentorship, and continuous support to grow into successful Edu Tech sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Calling:
Contact prospective learners, parents, schools, and colleges to introduce Edu Tech products and services.
Lead Qualification:
Understand learner needs, budgets, and preferences to identify suitable solutions.
Product Pitching:
Deliver clear and convincing online demonstrations or calls explaining the value of our learning programs.
Follow-Up & Conversion:
Maintain regular follow-ups and assist in converting leads into active users or enrolled students.
CRM Management:
Update lead details, track communication history, and maintain accurate records on CRM tools.
Target Achievement:
Work towards weekly/monthly inside sales targets with guidance from the sales manager.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth lead flow and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Any graduate (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred, but all streams accepted).
Freshers Encouraged:
No previous sales experience needed -- full training will be provided.
Strong Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Sales Interest:
Passion for client interaction, persuasion, and meeting targets.
Basic Tech Skills:
Comfortable using phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
Positive Attitude:
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
