. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Present product/service information in a clear and engaging way
Identify customer needs and generate interest
Maintain call logs, lead data, and follow-up records
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Work closely with the sales team to support conversions
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
Confidence while speaking on calls
Ability to handle rejection positively
Good listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel preferred)
Target-driven mindset
