As an
Inside Sales Executive
, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging potential clients and positioning our enterprise SaaS solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, motivated individuals with a flair for communication and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
Customer Engagement:
Understand client business needs and build strong relationships.
Product Presentation:
Present and explain the benefits of Antrika's SaaS products.
Sales Funnel Management:
Manage and nurture leads to conversion.
Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior sales team to meet targets.
Reporting:
Maintain CRM records of all customer interactions and lead statuses.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
PGDM/MBA in Marketing, BBA, BCom (preferred). Must be a 2024/2025 pass-out.
Communication Skills:
Strong English communication - both written and verbal.
Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
Must be fluent in
at least two
languages --
Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada

Tech-Savvy:
Interest in SaaS and tech products.
Sales Attitude:
Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.

Compensation:
6 Months Probation/Training Period:
Rs 20,000/- Per Month.
Post successful completion of the probation/training period:
Upto Rs 6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable) based on performance.
Bond:
1 year bond from the date of joining. The bond value will be Rs 2,00,000/-
Other Details:
Working Days -
Monday to Saturday (alternative Saturday's off). The fifth saturday of the month will be working
