Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential leads via
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, email, and other online platforms
Make
cold calls
to prospects across industries and geographies
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales or business development team
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in CRM tools
Support the sales team in outreach campaigns and follow-ups
Stay updated with company services, industry trends, and competitors
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets
Requirements:
Fresher
or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English
Basic knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Comfortable with
cold calling
and outbound outreach
Strong organisational and time management skills
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Exposure to the IT industry or digital services sales
