Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and develop potential leads through online research, CRM, and industry sources. Establish initial contact, understand customer needs and obtain sales enquiries. Prepare and present competitive quotations and follow up to close deals effectively. Manage orders end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales data and pipelines in CRM systems. Build lasting customer relationships and proactively address sales or service issues. Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-based tools for reporting, lead tracking, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications



Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration. 2 to 5 years of inside sales or business development experience in the

semiconductor or electronics industry.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, distribution channels, and sales cycles. Fluent English communication (spoken and written) with global client-handling experience. Proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms

and familiarity with

AI-driven sales tools.

High ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
