Inside Sales Executive (for Digital Design Company)

Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our team and generate leads for our in-house digital design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling and emailing to engage potential clients, explain our offerings, and convert interest into qualified leads. Strong English communication and a basic understanding of design-related services will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers to introduce our digital design services. Send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to generate interest. Understand client needs and align them with our service offerings. Qualify leads based on fit, need, and readiness. Maintain lead status, communication history, and follow-up plans using CRM tools. Work closely with the marketing team to improve scripts, email templates, and target lists. Consistently meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:



Strong spoken and written English communication skills. 0.6 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telecalling. Confidence in handling conversations with business owners or marketing teams. Basic understanding of digital design services (preferred, not mandatory). Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software. Positive attitude, result-driven, and a self-starter.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
