We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Gym. This role focuses on driving membership sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales:
Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Client Engagement:
Conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and address client inquiries to convert leads into memberships.
Lead Management:
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Customer Retention:
Follow up with existing members for renewals, upgrades, and referrals to maintain a strong client base.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Promotional Activities:
Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and special offers to attract new members.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1-3 years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objections effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
