Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for our language training and immigration programs. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate guidance about our services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high client satisfaction rate.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in

Inside Sales

(experience in the

Immigration or Study Abroad industry preferred

).

Female candidates only.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

is mandatory. Good command over MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
