Job Description

Lead Generation & Conversion

- Make outbound calls, qualify leads and achieve monthly sales & disbursal targets (financial products).

Customer Handling

- Follow up with prospects, resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge

- Explain finance products clearly and cross-sell where applicable.

Documentation & Compliance

- Collect accurate data, verify documents and follow company guidelines.

Reporting

- Maintain call logs, lead status and daily MIS reports.

Team Coordination

- Work closely with field sales, credit & operations teams for smooth operations.

Quality & Conduct

- Ensure professional communication, data privacy and adherence to telecalling standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:

Tele-Sales: 3 years (Required)
