Key Responsibilities
Make outbound telesales/telemarketing calls to potential clients.
Explain company services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments and share proposals/quotations.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Support Business Development team with lead management.
Maintain client database, call logs, and daily MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle basic office work, documentation, and communication.
