Handle inbound enquiries from walk-in customers, website, phone, and social media.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until closure.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs, product preferences, and budgets to suggest suitable tiles/ceramic products.
Build long-term relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
Handle post-sales support, feedback, and complaint resolution in coordination with the service team.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with field sales executives, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update daily sales reports, enquiry logs, and CRM databases.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and product samples when required.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain thorough knowledge of tile and ceramic product lines, specifications, and pricing.
Provide technical details and suggest design combinations to customers.
Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
Target Achievement
Meet monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
Support promotional activities and campaigns to increase walk-ins and enquiries.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA / MBA in Marketing or Commerce).
Experience:
0-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience in
tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials
industry.
Computer Skills:
MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP knowledge preferred.
