Your primary focus will be to convert leads into course enrollments for our engineering software training and GATE coaching programs by building relationships, understanding student needs, and offering suitable course solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries
Engage with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Explain course offerings (engineering software & GATE programs) clearly and confidently
Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
Schedule demo sessions or consultations with academic counsellors
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed admissions
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets
Provide feedback to the marketing and counselling teams on lead quality and student needs
