Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our diverse range of educational and professional development courses. You should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with 1-3 years of experience in the sales domain, preferably in the education or training industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential students or working professionals via calls, emails, and online platforms to promote and sell various courses. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses to meet their career or learning goals. Follow up on leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure timely closures. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in EdTech or inside sales roles. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
