About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through phone calls, meetings, and pitches. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups with prospective clients

Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations

Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual)

Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or client-facing roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)

Comfortable with phone-based outreach and in-person meetings

Confident, assertive, and goal-oriented personality

Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, email, presentations)

MBA not required
