Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to manage customer inquiries.
Maintain and update leads in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to deliver accurate information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management.
Prepare and share periodic sales reports and lead conversion updates with management.
Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.
