Inside Sales Representative(Telesales)

that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.



Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and find gaps in the customer's lives wherein the company's services fit

Preferred skills and qualifications



Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline Excellent communication skill in english Proven record of meeting sales targets Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role Adept knowledge of working with MS Office Great communication skills, both verbal and written
