Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from the office
Follow up with leads generated through calls, emails, and enquiries
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
Customer handling and follow-up skills
