Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad

Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?20,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team at Gota. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic, email, and online inquiries.

Explain product/service details to customers and maintain a strong understanding of offerings.

Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.

Follow up with potential clients for quotations and order confirmations.

Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for business growth.

Prepare sales quotations and assist in closing deals.

Maintain daily call reports and sales records.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Any stream) or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer handling (Freshers can also apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
