Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1-4 Years

Ctc- upto 4.5 lpa (Depends on interview

Working Days & Time 6 days (

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM )

Location: NSP, Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries and outbound communication. o Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp to understand their requirements. o Update and manage all leads, customer interactions and sales activities using Zoho CRM. Clearly explain product features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers. Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales. Prepare and send quotations, proposals and other sales documents as required. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets. Provide post-sales coordination by working with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Lead Generation. Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), email communication, and CRM systems. (Zoho CRM experience is preferred.) Strong communication skills are required. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet targets effectively. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
