to join our growing Managed Farmland Sales team in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties.
Provide detailed project information to generate interest and schedule site visits.
Maintain lead data in CRM and follow up promptly for conversions.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
Requirements
Minimum qualification:
12th Pass
(Any stream).
Good communication skills in English, and Kannada.
Candidates must be currently residing in Bangalore.
Experience in Real Estate telecalling/presales preferred
, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
