Role Overview



The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for Inspira's enterprise SaaS products through

structured inside sales

.

This is a

consultative B2B sales role

involving outbound calling, virtual meetings, online demos, solution discussions, proposal coordination, and deal closure. While the role is primarily inside sales-driven,

periodic travel

may be required for high-value meetings, product demos, exhibitions, and strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B clients across

HVAC, Manufacturing, and Service sectors.

Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline through

outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, referrals, and digital leads.

Call prospective clients to understand requirements. Conduct

online product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs

; attend in-person meetings when required. Prepare customised proposals, support commercial discussions, and

close deals independently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and deal stages in the CRM system. Coordinate with

pre-sales, product, and marketing teams

to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Follow up with customers for

commercial closure and payment coordination.

Travel periodically for

client meetings, demos, exhibitions, and industry events

, as required. This is a

serious inside sales role

with a strong emphasis on calling, prospect engagement, virtual selling, pipeline discipline, and conversion of opportunities into revenue.

Candidate Profile



Education:



Graduate or Diploma in IT, Business, or related fields

Experience (Mandatory):



Minimum

2 years of experience

in

Enterprise Software / SaaS / IT Product Sales


Skills:



Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage. Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools and and online meeting platforms.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently Strong consultative selling ability with a problem-solving approach Adaptable and resilient in dynamic business environments Comfortable with structured sales processes and long sales cycles
