We are hiring Inside Sales Executives at two levels:
Fresher / 0-3 Years' Experience
Mid-Level / 4-5 Years' Experience
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will support the sales team by providing technical assistance, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Use engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and lead follow-ups
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, accounts & logistics teams
Track and report sales activities, lead generation, and customer interactions
Provide sales performance updates to senior management
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Technical understanding of engineering/manufacturing products (added advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
