We are looking for a

dedicated and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive

to join our team for promoting

Online MBA and Management Programs

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with potential students and working professionals to promote Online MBA programs. Conduct telephonic and video counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses. Manage end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Requirements



Sincere, hardworking, and self-disciplined.

No shift timing issues; flexible to work extended hours

during admission peak periods.

Target-oriented

with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Comfortable working in a

6-day work environment (Sunday fixed off).

Strong communication and persuasive skills. Prior experience in

B2B sales or inside sales

will be an added advantage. Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
