Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential students and working professionals to promote Online MBA programs.
Conduct telephonic and video counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Manage end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Sincere, hardworking, and self-disciplined.
No shift timing issues; flexible to work extended hours
during admission peak periods.
Target-oriented
with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Comfortable working in a
6-day work environment (Sunday fixed off).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Prior experience in
B2B sales or inside sales
will be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
