Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Communication
Handle incoming online inquiries regarding various course offerings.
Connect with potential students through calls, chats, and emails to understand their interests and requirements.
Provide complete and accurate information about programs, fees, and learning benefits.
2. Sales Conversion & Counseling
Guide students in making informed enrollment decisions.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective follow-ups and counseling.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
Maintain detailed and updated records of all leads, interactions, and outcomes.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving communication strategies.
4. Relationship Building
Establish positive and trustworthy relationships with prospective students.
Address queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Any graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
Experience:
0-2 years in sales, counseling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Sales Orientation:
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in online communication tools (email, chat, video calls) and CRM platforms.
Work Ethic:
Target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience).
