Hiring: Inside Sales Executive - EdTech

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Pitampura - Delhi (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday - Work From Home)

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Up to ?4.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

About the Role

IIM SKILLS, a fast-growing EdTech organization, is hiring

Inside Sales Executive - EdTech

for its admissions and sales division. The role includes counselling prospective learners, driving enrolments, and managing the full sales cycle. We are looking for professionals who are target-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about guiding learners toward career success.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential learners through calls and emails Understand requirements and recommend suitable programs Manage leads end-to-end from enquiry to enrolment Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversions

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Admission Counselling (EdTech preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment with consistent performance
