CloudBlitz is a career-focused EdTech company on a mission to upskill students and professionals through Cloud Computing, DevOps, Software Development, and Overseas Education programs. Our Nagpur branch is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Inside Sales Executive who can drive growth, manage enrollments, and lead local outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales activities for the Amravati branch.
Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound calls for training course inquiries.
Convert prospects into enrollments by conducting in-depth counseling and demos.
Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporates for bulk deals.
Meet monthly sales targets and manage branch-level reporting.
Mentor junior sales counselors or interns (if applicable).
Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups with leads.
Represent CloudBlitz at events, seminars, and regional campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (EdTech / Training / SaaS preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Familiarity with Nagpur's student and institutional ecosystem.
Experience using CRM tools, MS Office/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
