Job Description

Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students/parents. Understand student goals, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations; provide appropriate course recommendations. Convert leads into enrollments by clearly explaining program features, benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital ads, webinars, and referrals. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM systems. Achieve monthly targets for conversions, follow-up calls, and revenue. Coordinate with academic counseling teams, marketing, and operations for smooth student onboarding. Participate in virtual/onsite events, webinars, and counselling sessions when needed. Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality, student trends, and competitive insights. Maintain knowledge of education industry trends, competitor offerings, and curriculum updates.

Requirements



Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or admissions--preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust. Ability to understand student requirements and offer suitable program solutions. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, or admission systems. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach. Bachelor's degree required; specialization in business, marketing, or education is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
