PCCS Logistics Private Limited is looking for an Office-Based Sales Representative (OSR) for the logistics industry. This is a fully office-based role, focusing on rate coordination, quotation management, CRM updates, and support for the field sales team. The OSR acts as a bridge between field sales, operations, and CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work from the office and handle customer interactions related to pricing and services.
Prepare, share, and revise quotations and final rates.
Coordinate with field sales teams to provide pricing and proposals.
Manage updates for leads, quotations, and conversion status.
Coordinate with operations for service feasibility and commitments.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the relevant teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in logistics / domestic logistics.
Knowledge of pricing, rate cards, and quotation preparation.
Professional communication and email drafting skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and MS Office proficiency (Excel mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in inside sales, coordination, or backend sales in logistics.
Understanding of freight movement and domestic logistics services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
