Job Summary

PCCS Logistics Private Limited is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive for its domestic logistics business. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on quotation preparation, rate coordination, CRM management, and coordination with field sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage customer quotations and pricing Coordinate with field sales team for rates and proposals Handle client queries related to logistics services and documentation Maintain and update leads, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM Coordinate with operations team for service feasibility and commitments Ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients to operations Maintain professional email communication and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory experience in domestic logistics industry Experience in inside sales / office sales / backend sales Hands-on experience with CRM systems Good professional communication and email drafting skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in logistics pricing and quotation preparation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate or short notice period preferred
