Inside Sales
Salary : ?25000-?40,000 per month
Location : Naraina, New Delhi
3-5 years experience in Inside Sales in selling any industrial product
Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or online platforms
Present and explain products or services to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
Good negotiation skills
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals in a timely manner
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Collaborate with marketing and account management teams
Handle customer questions, objections, and basic concerns professionally
