Key Responsibilities:
Make inside sales calls to potential franchise leads
Filter and shortlist interested and qualified leads.
Share shortlisted leads with the Sales Manager for further discussion and closure.
Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and engagement.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Coordinate with the manager and team to improve conversion
