Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations, manage customer interactions, and coordinate closely with the sales team. The role involves handling inquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding PVC additives and related products. Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and supporting documents. Coordinate sample dispatches with warehouse/supply chain teams. Track sample approvals, customer feedback, and trial results. Maintain customer databases, inquiry logs, and sales pipelines in CRM. Follow up with customers for quotations, repeat orders, and payments. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Branch teams for order closures. Maintain inventory checks and information flow to ensure timely product availability. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Support sales team with documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any relevant field). 2-4 years of inside sales or sales coordination experience. Experience in PVC / chemical / manufacturing industry is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Good command of Google Sheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reporting), email drafting, and documentation. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
