The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with UPSC aspirants, understand their requirements, explain courses, and drive admissions. The role involves strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments through effective selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective UPSC aspirants and follow up on inquiries.
Handle incoming calls from students seeking information about UPSC courses.
Maintain a high call volume and timely follow-ups.
Understand the student's preparation stage, background, and needs.
Provide appropriate course guidance, batch details, and program benefits.
Explain fee structure, discounts, scholarships, and payment plans.
Convert leads to admissions through effective telephonic communication.
Maintain updated knowledge of UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, course offerings, batch plans, and faculty profile.
Stay informed about new batches, offers, or promotions.
Update CRM/lead management systems with accurate call logs and follow-up details.
Report daily call status, lead quality, and conversion data to the team lead or manager.
Build trust and rapport with aspirants and parents.
Resolve queries related to admissions, batch timings, study material, or payments.
Ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to enrollment.
Coordinate with admissions, academics, operations, and technical teams for onboarding.
Share feedback from students to improve processes and offerings.
