The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls.
Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and buying potential.
Schedule product demos or appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure strong engagement and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for smooth coordination.
Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong, convincing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
