Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound inquiries
and provide accurate information about products/services.
Make
outbound sales calls
to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up details.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
Provide basic technical information or redirect queries to technical teams when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT concepts/products.
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong follow-up and customer management abilities.
