About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication skills, eager to learn, and capable of confidently engaging with C-level executives & other relevant decision makers. This role involves lead qualification, demo setting, requirement gathering, and supporting the sales cycle through effective follow-ups and quotation preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
Pitch our product/services effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
Perform regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and progress leads through the pipeline.
Gather client requirements and map them to the appropriate product/service offerings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or related roles (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
A proactive, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to handle conversations with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a target-driven environment.
