Identify, qualify, and generate new travel sales leads majorly focussing on CIS countries through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Maintain a strong understanding of CIS market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
Build and nurture relationships with distributors, resellers, B2B customers, and key stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure.
Maintain accurate data on CRM, track pipeline, forecast sales, and report weekly activity.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for smooth onboarding and order execution.
Follow up on inbound inquiries, past clients, dormant accounts, and new opportunities.
Support participation in CIS region trade events, exhibitions, and lead-nurturing campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of inside sales experience with a
focus on CIS markets

Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working with international clients (B2B preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to work under deadlines, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
Existing network or exposure to CIS distributors/partners.
