We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our DELHI dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Handling
Greet and assist customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.
Conduct product presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations.
Recommend appropriate models based on customer budget and needs.
Follow up with leads (walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries).
2. Sales Process Management
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
Coordinate with the finance team for loan processing.
Assist customers with documentation, registration, and delivery process.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM.
3. Product Knowledge
Stay updated with model variants, features, pricing, competitor products, and promotions.
Explain technical specifications and benefits clearly to customers.
4. Customer Relationship & After-Sales
Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
Ensure customer satisfaction before and after delivery.
Handle basic queries, complaints, or escalate when required.
