Duties



Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships Engage in warm calling to follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer information Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within target markets Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical product demonstrations as needed

Requirements



Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques Knowledge of technical products or services is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals High level of motivation, resilience, and proactive attitude toward achieving results
