We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. Duties
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships
Engage in warm calling to follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients
Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer information
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks
Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within target markets
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical product demonstrations as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
Knowledge of technical products or services is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
