Position Overview



We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused

Sales Executives

and

Team Leaders

to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of travel packages and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities



Understand client travel requirements and prepare customized itineraries accordingly. Recommend and sell suitable

domestic and international tour packages

based on client preferences. Present travel options effectively, negotiate, and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Manage bookings and ensure all client requirements are fulfilled efficiently. Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly. Stay informed about current travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle payment collection, reminders, and maintain accurate sales records. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements



Proven work experience in

Sales

, preferably in the

travel and tourism

sector. Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach. Excellent

communication

negotiation

skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work

and within a

team environment
