Role Overview



The

Inside Sales Executive

will be the first point of contact with NGOs, foundations, and social entrepreneurs. Your role is to

understand their compliance challenges, pitch the right services, and close deals

. You'll work with inbound leads, cold outreach, and follow-ups -- with one clear target:

conversions and revenue growth

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying clients. Generate new business via cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Pitch NGO Partners' services (80G, 12A, FCRA, CSR-1, ITR, Audit, DSC, Niti Aayog, MSME, ISO, etc.) in a consultative manner. Maintain strong relationships with NGO leaders and decision-makers. Track daily activities, maintain CRM records, and report conversions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after closing. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
