Job title :- Inside Sales Executive (Freelancer)
You will be responsible for identifying and converting potential clients for our HR services, including Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll Outsourcing, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional looking for flexible, remote work with performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Promote HR services such as recruitment, payroll, staffing, or HRMS to key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and offer customized HR solutions.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospective clients.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development (HR/recruitment industry preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a freelance setup.
Strong influence in HR / Business fraternity preferably in mid to large India based sales organizations.
Familiarity with the HR services landscape (recruitment, payroll, staffing, HRMS, etc.).
Tools & Technical Skills:
Lead Generation Tools:
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo
or any similar lead generation platform for prospecting and outreach.
Compensation:
Commission-based model - Earn a fixed amount on each closed deal or recurring revenue.
