Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online/offline channels.
Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
Schedule appointments, product demos, and meetings for the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs including calls, emails, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and improve lead generation.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and convert them into customers.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (IT sales/B2B preferred).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers and influencers.
Strong knowledge of sales tools, CRMs, and MS Office/Google Suite.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
