We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our server and other solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote and explain server and other IT products and solutions to clients.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team for smooth order execution.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals as needed.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware or servers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
