Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside sales: Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering our services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.
? Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales.
? Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
? Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
? Provide accurate information and answer customer questions about services.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
? Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
? Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
? High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?32,000 per month. (Fresher can also apply)
