Key Responsibilities

? Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and providing accurate

information about products or the company.

? Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team when necessary.

? Enter and update customer information in the database with precision and attention to detail.

? Handle customer grievances to maintain the company's reputation.

? Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and other useful information.

Requirements and Core Skills

? Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role.

? Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, mailing tools) and telephone

systems.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Smart, intelligent, and a quick learner.

? Interest in architectural and technical understanding.
