About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive

to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital ad sales and be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and offering customized digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.

l Sell digital advertising inventory across platforms, including Digital TV, video content, websites, social media, mobile apps, and OTT platforms.

l Understand client business needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions within their budget.

l Identify new business prospects and formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

l Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to build impactful proposals and campaigns.

l Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability.

l Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

l Keep updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies, and competitors.

l Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Key Requirements

Education: MBA in Marketing (Postgraduate)

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising/media sales

Skills:

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills

l Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

l Good understanding of digital media platforms and advertising metrics

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per year
