Position: Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities

:

Conduct outbound sales to prospects in international markets (US/UK) Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers Manage sales pipeline via CRM and achieve targets Collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and success Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

:

1-7 years of experience in inside sales or customer success Strong communication and selling skills Experience in international/B2B sales preferred Comfortable working in US time zone shifts

Shift Timings

: Any shifts between 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM/ 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Rotational)

Work Location

: Hebbal, Bangalore

Work From Office

: 5 Days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
